Since we met the Villatoro family when they came through our shop, we have been impressed with the quality of the coffee from their farm El Milagro in Guatemala. This coffee has quickly become a favorite of ours, as we look forward to every fresh crop they produce. This coffee performs amazingly in all brewing methods, exuding flavors that remind us of fig jam and brown sugar with a milk chocolate finish. We’re thankful to Onyx Coffee for helping us source this fantastic offering!

Excellent notes. Love this one in the morning in my Chemex or again later in the afternoon, as this coffee really shines when it’s iced. Great job roasting and sourcing these beans guys!
